& Guy salon, and SALATA Salad Kitchen franchises, while also owning commercial real estate that houses several of his restaurant concepts. He is actively developing a 4,500-square-foot commercial project that will include new drive-thru franchise locations.
Before franchising, Philip spent nearly 13 years as an Operations Manager for Fortune 500
distribution centers such as Dollar General, PetSmart, and Dick’s Sporting Goods, overseeing facilities of up to one million square feet and managing teams of 500+ employees.
Today, Philip teaches entrepreneurs how to confidently choose the right franchise, access
funding, secure locations, and build scalable systems so they can create long-term wealth
